One Pan - One ID

ONE PAN-ONE ID

As per clause 3.3 (b) of the Direct Selling Guidelines 2016, “The details of Direct Sellers shall include and not be limited to verified proof of address, proof of identity and PAN”.  Only Wow A Direct Selling Entity follows the rule of one PAN number and vice versa.  Accordingly, under normal circumstances a PAN number can be attached to only one entity.  The following steps are being taken by the Company to ensure that

One PAN One ID: No direct seller can become a direct seller once again during the activation of his business unit.  The Direct Seller entity remains active for 1 years from the date of transaction (either purchase from only wow or commission/remuneration).  After 1 years of activation, the unit has been placed on the company's list of defunct units.

Onlywow in the defunct list can be re-listed as a new business entity and its PAN number (which was earlier attached with the defunct entity) can be linked with the new entity.

An inactive or defunct business entity has the option to reactivate its ID within 2 years of the entity being transferred to the defunct list.  He/she shall do so by written request which may be considered by the director of the company after due diligence.

Any such request after 2 years can be considered only in extreme cases and must be approved in the board meeting of the company.
